If QuickBooks is being used by multiple people at the same location, it is highly likely that changes will be made to the current customer/vendor lists while PSIsafe Books (Books) is being used. If a vendor/customer does not appear within the drop-down in the respective entry panel simply perform a reload of the appropriate list to see if it has been added. These reload options are available from the QuickBooks Entry menu.
It is also possible to create a folder for each vendor/customer using the Synchronize options from the QuickBooks Entry menu. Books will automatically create new folders for vendors/customers for which it has not filed documents. However, these Synchronize options allow the user to create/modify all of the folders at one time. This allows PSIsafe users to add other types of documents to the PSIsafe folder without having to create the folders manually.
