Overview

The reporting module brings powerful ‘business intelligence for capture’ capabilities to production projects involving mid to high volumes, multiple stations/operators, and multiple capture locations. The Reporting Module can support advanced capabilities for project supervisors such as workflow bottleneck identification, scanner performance characteristics, image pre-processing performance, operator performance incentives or performance comparison, location performance measurement, charge-back by capture metrics, and more.
