PSIsafe Management Basics & Login

The PSIsafe Management console is the central application used to configure all aspects of the backend database. From creating and defining repositories, cabinet structure, users, user rights, and document templates to configuring and defining workflow rules and tracking activity, PSIsafe Management Console is the place to be.

Management Login

Begin by launching the PSIsafe Management Console from the program group PSIsafe and clicking on Management. When logging into management there are two quick ways to sign in as administrator. Position the cursor over “username” or click/press the f1 key. Both methods will automatically insert administrator for the user name and position the cursor in the password box.

• From the login screen, enter the username Administrator and your password. Both of these fields are case sensitive.
• Select the Database you would like to connect to from the “Connect To” field. Click the “Login” button to proceed.
