Overview
The Batch Export workflow step is a method for exporting the PSIcapture batch in various forms to specific locations. Explore the options below to determine what best suits your business needs.
Add MIgration: Batch Export Configuration
Select Batch Export Data Source:
- XML Batch Export
- Prosar-AIDA Batch Export
- Native Batch Export
- FormStorm Batch Export
- Kofax PSIcapture Mailroom Batch Export
Prosar-AIDA Batch Export
Exports batch data to Paradatec Proser-AIDA
Export Location
The Storage Location specifies the directory that Export file will be written to when outputting from this system. It is recommended that a different Storage Location be used for each Capture Profile.
Specify an Export/Storage Location by selecting one from the drop down list or by selection “New”. NOTE: Storage Locations can also be defined in the “Storage” tab on the Main Configuration Dialog as covered in the System Configuration Storage section of this manual.
New
A new Storage Location can be defined by pressing the ‘New’ button, which will open the Storage Location Definition dialog below. When the new Storage Location is saved, it will be added to the list of Storage Locations and will be automatically selected for the user.
Additionally, specify the type of storage location, either Shared, Batch Storage, or Migration.
Native Batch Export
Exports batch data from the applications native batch format. NOTE: This format does not support Auto Import.
Export Location

Form Storm Batch Export
Exports batch data to a new Charactell FormStorm job.
FormStorm Enterprise Server
Enter the following fields:
FormStorm installation directory - Specify your installation directory for FormStorm.
FormStorm server name - Specify the server name for FormStorm.
User name and password- Specify the user name and password for FormStorm.
Select Login before proceeding.
FormStorm system- Specify the system within FormStorm.
Wait for Recognition to complete - When this option is enabled, PSIcapture will wait for a recognition notification from FormStorm before proceeding.
Validate after Recognition - When this option is enabled, PSIcapture will validate the batch after receiving the recognition notification from FormStorm.
Export Location

Select the Source Field configured within PSIcapture to match to the Target Field setup within FormStorm.
XML Batch Export
Exports batch data to XML format with optional XSL transform.

Select Clear or Load to process an XSL Transform file.
Field Mapping
Select the Source Field to match to the Target Field.
Kofax PSIcapture Mailroom Batch Export
Exports a Kofax PSIcapture Mailroom batch to a previously configured Kofax PSIcapture Mailroom installation.
Export Path
NOTE: The export path should typically be rooted at the PSIcapture Mailroom Storage path (as displayed on the Organization tab in the Administration module). and combined with a Fusion Queue ID. The Queue ID can be specified directly as part of the export path, or built dynamically at runtime from the contents of an index field.
Specify the export path by browsing to the PSIcapture Mailroom Storage path.
Enable document grouping
When this feature is enabled, document grouping is supported and documents will appear grouped when tagged within the PSIcapture Mailroom interface.
