PSIfusion Log Files

Introduction

PSIfusion log files are used to collect warnings, errors and debug messages that are intended to enable support technicians and developers to identify and resolve issues with the product. PSIfusion maintains separate log files for each deployment and each organization. Deployment log files are located under the common application data folder, the path for which differs based on the host operating system in use. Additionally each organization maintains a series of distinct logs that are stored in the organization database. Access to these log files is achieved via the Administrator module within PSIfusion itself.

Windows Vista, Windows 7/8, Windows Server 2008/2012 and later operating systems 

Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server

PSIfusion is not supported on these operating systems.
