Problem:
When attempting to use Kofax VRS scanners, if you try and configure a new or edit device profile, you may get the error:
"ISIS Scan Driver reports error, Check Scanner".

Solution:
This could mean the Kofax VRS scanner driver is reserved and not allowing PSIcapture to utilize it. In this case, shutdown the machine, shutdown the scanner. Power on the machine, and then power on the scanner and re-test. If this still occurs, could be an issue with corrupt driver/software. Remove/repair drivers and re-test.
