PSIcapture Troubleshooting: Running Extract DocumentTypes utility produces file version mismatch

Problem:

If you have the Extract DocumentTypes utility, which is used for pulling doctypes out of SDF and MDF files, you may receive an error if you do not have SQL Server Compact 4.0 installed.  

Solution:

SQL Server Compact 4.0 can be download from Microsoft's site here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17876

Simply install the applicable version for your system (x32, x64) and re-run the utility and it should run without error.
