PSIcapture Troubleshooting: Migration: Migrating TIF files to FileBound produces single page results

Problem:

When migrating multi page TIF files to FileBound, the result will be single page TIF files and not multi page.

Solution:

If you examine the migration options for FileBound Direct, you will notice it has no indication regarding multi page TIF files.  This is because FileBound does not support multi page TIF files.   PSI:Capture will convert any multi page TIF's to single page to be compatible with FileBound.  If they need multi page files, recommend adding an OCR step and migrating the OCR files instead
