PSIcapture Troubleshooting: Migration: PaperVIsion/ImageSilo Data Transfer Manager

Problem:

After getting a PaperVision/ImageSIlo export successfully migrated, attempted to use PaperVision Data Transfer Manager to push the .XML to ImageSilo. - Unsuccessful

Solution:

Digitech,  informed the administrator that the XML and the SUBMIT file as part of this export both have to actually be named:

datagrp.SUBMIT
datagrp.XML

If they are named anything other than above, then they won’t get picked up by the Data Transfer Manager.
