PSIcapture Capture Service: Could Not Start Capture Services - Error 14001

Problem:

When installing License Server only (not PSIcapture) you will receive the following error when trying to start services manually:

Windows could not start the Capture Services service on 

Error 14001:  The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.  Please see the application event log for more detail

Additionally, the PSIcapture installer may indicate that there are insufficient privileges to start the capture services.

Solution:

Re-run the PSIcapture installer, and ensure that both PSIcapture and the License Server options are selected during the installation.
