PSIcapture Migration: Concordance Folder Design

Question:

Why does Concordance not have a folder design in it?

Answer:

According to Development Concordance is a flat integration. We build a specific text file that is formatted to work along with the Concordance Importer. With this type of integration there is no current support for folder level type design at least from what has been provided to us from Concordance. In the future this could be the case but as of version 5.3.1.11 the statement above is true.
