PSIcapture Mailroom (PSIfusion): Database Lookup: Could not use "; file already in use

Problem:

If you are configuring PSIcapture Mailroom (PSIfusion) to access a database file, for instance a Access MDB you may receive errors when trying to setup the actual Lookup under the PSIcapture Mailroom (PSIfusion) Doctype settings. 

Solution:

This is caused by the security permissions on the folder where the MDB resides.  If the user doesn't have Create access, the OleDB Jet engine cannot create the lock file.  Either adjust the permissions accordingly, or move the MDB file locally with proper permissions
