Documentation: RightFax - Failed to connect to the RightFax server

Problem:

If you are troubleshooting a RightFax connection, and editing the AI location and pressing "Connect" returns an error stating System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x00000002): RightFax API threw an exception:  RFAXSTS_NOTFOUND

Solution:

This is due to something on the RightFax server side and needs resolved outside PSIcapture
