Problem:
None of my documents will open. When I try to view document a popup is displayed briefly and then goes away. What is causing this?
Possible Solutions
• Make sure that your browser’s popup blocker is turned off.
• If you are running Internet Explorer. In Tools/Internet Options/Security Tab. Add Web Site you are connected to as a Trusted Site.
• Set Security Level to Medium-low.
If you get the dialog below make sure that you uncheck the Require server verification (https:)… checkbox in the dialog above. If not the system will not let you add web sites that start with http://
