PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Microsoft Word Experienced an error trying to open the file

Problem: 

When opening a Word document from PSIsafe, Word may open and display the error that the file cannot be opened.   The document previews fine in PSIsafe.

You need to locate the temporary file location being used and add the location to Word's Trust Center.

Try to open another Word document from PSIsafe.  If it opens, you can find the file properties and copy the folder path.  Next, go to Word's options Trust Center Settings Trusted Locations and click "Add new Location"

Paste the path of the temporary location, and you might want to enable the option to include subfolders. Save the changes, and re-test with PSIsafe, and the document should open now.
