[Legacy] PSIsafe: Issue 11.01: Cabdir cannot be renamed to CNG as another instance of CNG exists

Problem: 

"Cabdir cannot be renamed to CNG as another instance fo CNG exists or Files are being accessed from Cabdir" message comes up after selecting the directory with the data.

Solution: 

1.  Go to the directory you want to process, if there is a Cabdir and a CNG directory, it is possible that the Cabdir directory is just a skeleton dir and can be renamed

2.  OR Cabdir is the only directory in existence and there is no CNG, then it is possible somebody is accessing it via 5.8
