PSIsafe: Configuration Parser Error

Problem

After PSIsafe Client 11.1 is installed, user experiences the following error:

Error text:

Error parsing
[Path]
Parser returned error 0x80070005

Solution

1. Go into the "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\config" directory and rename the "machine.config" to "machine.config.bad".
2. Next, copy and rename the "machine.config.default" to "machine.config".
3. You may need to an administrator to do this.
