[Legacy] PSIsafe: version 9.0 and prior issues posting attachments to Outlook

Problem:

Issue using email function in PSIsafe 9.0 and prior.
Error message may read that Outlook is not the native email service.

PSIsafe 9.0 is 32 bit and cannot post to Outlook 64 bit.

Temporary fix: Create a folder on desktop then drag and drop into the folder on desktop. next attach as a file in Outlook.

Permanent fix: Upgrade to latest version of PSIsafe to match the 64 bit.
