OCR Workflow - Searchable Image is Restricted to No Greater Than 300DPI

Customer was importing 400DPI TIFs, using OCR workflow to produce searchable PDFs. They were expecting 400DPI PDFs out of migration. Capture step was set for Original Resolution.

According to Development..."When generating PDF with hidden text, we convert the image resolution to ensure it is between 200 and 300 dpi otherwise we have found that the OCR recognition is not accurate or takes a long time to process. Since the recognized text was generated on the image with this resolution, this image is also the image that is used when creating the PDF. PDF image Only does not have this restriction"
