PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 01.03: Update has been running for a long time

Problem: 

Update has been running for a long time nothing happening

Solution:

Windows shield minimized and flashing requesting permission to go ahead. You have to restore it and click on yes for it to proceed with update.
