PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 01.07: After update, sending email produces error "MAPISendMail failed"

Problem: 

Immediately after Update, you try to email and you receive the following error:  “MAPISendMail failed! General MAPI failure[2]“

Solution: 

Restart SAFE client. If that fails, reboot workstation.
