PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 01.14: After Terminal Server update - error unable to connect to the Server

Problem: 

After a Terminal Server update some users get the following message: Unable to connect to the Server. Would you like to change the Server information?

Solution:

Since it is TS, manually set the correct CABINET IP address in “CNG-Server-Info.xml” file located in the SAFE application directory so that when new users login to TS, the server info will be carried over for them.
