[Legacy] PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 07.04: Creating Form throws error String or Binary data would be truncated

Problem: 

The user creates a Forms template or edits an existing one. In Step 2, he selects the Edit ellipsis button to bring up Forms Management and set the form template properties. After clicking Finish in Forms Management and then Finish in Management an error appears saying “String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.”

Solution: 

The user has entered a template name in Step 1 that is more than 50 characters long. Have the user shorten the template name and try again. (The Template Name field in the Form Templates table of the Conforms database cannot handle a template name longer than 50 characters.) If necessary, clicking Finish with a shorter name, the user can go back and edit the template again and restore the longer name.
