[Legacy] PSIsafe: Issue 07.06: Save or open a Form throws error Cannot open database "CNGForms"

Problem: 

Try opening\saving a Form get the error: Cannot open database “CNGForms” requested by the login. Login failed. Login failed for user

Solution: 

The account used for registering CABINET does not have permission to access the “CNGForms“ database. Make username in the error message a db_Owner of “CNGForms” DB using the user mapping under login properties in SQL management studio.
