[Legacy] PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 07.08: When trying to sign a Form with signature pad, unhandled exception occurs 0x8007007E

Problem: 

When trying to sign a form with a signature pad (TOPAZ), an unhandled exception occurs.  Unhandled Exception: The Specified Module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Solution:

If machine is a 64 Bit system, it is most probably missing a file “C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ msvcr71.dll” Download file and place in listed location. http://support.cabinetng.com/release/msvcr71.zip
