PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 08.04: Change DB when using Single sign-on by halting process with CTRL

Problem: 

A use has single sign-on (SSO), which skips through the login process. How do they stop at login screen to change their database settings or other configuration options?

Solution:

1. Hold (Press down) CTRL Key on keyboard.
2. Double click on icon or right click on icon and open.
3. Release Hold on CTRL Key only after you see the login screen.
