[Legacy] PSIsafe: Issue 08.07: User logs into SAFE client and it loads with old format or classic view

Problem: 

A user logs into PSIsafe Client and comes up with ab old format (look)\different screen\classic view.

Solution: 

Launch Safe, at login, hold down Alt key and Click on Login button. Check Central View checkbox.
