PSIsafe: Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.ApplicationClass'

Problem: 

Selecting "New" from a folder/tab and choosing a CNG Word Merge template throws this error in Safe client

Solution: 

Close all Microsoft applications, close PSIsafe, and go to Control Panel Programs and Features.  Locate the Office version and click "Change", then choose "Repair"
