PSIcapture Barcodes: Prefixes and Auto Recognize

Introduction

When you open PSIcapture for the first time you will notice a System Document Type called Auto Recognize. This tool allows users to route Documents through Auto import to a specific Document Type automatically.

Instructions

This can be done by creating a data matrix or 3 of 9 bar-code that begins with a literal "CB-" prefix.

For Example:

If you have a Document Type called "A" and "B". 
You want the documents to automatically route through Auto Import to Document Type "A".
Set Auto Import through Auto Recognize.
Scan the documents in using the CB- bar-code as the first page. If you want it routed to Document Type "A" use CB-A bar-code sheet as the first page.
Scan the documents to the Auto Recognize Auto Import watch folder.
The Documents will be routed automatically to Document Type "A".

Below is a list of all the Bar-Code Prefixes we use:

• CB-[Document Type Name] : Batch Separator, creates new Batch of the given Document Type
• BN-[Batch Name] : Batch Name
• LP-[Device Profile Name] : Load Device Profile
• PB-[Bookmark Name] : PDF Bookmark
