PSIcapture Auto Import: Automation: Error During Pickup from MFD-Populated Folders

Problem:

PSIcapture encounters an error while running a workflow that monitors a multifunctional device input folder.

Solution:

The Auto Import Service runs on a timer.  It is possible that it is attempting to pick up a file coming from an MFD (Multi-Function Device) that has not completed writing the file to the monitored folder.

Using the setting "Minimum Age of Imported Files" will deter the Service from picking up files that are not yet finished being written by the MFD until they are a certain age or have existed for a specified period of time.
