PSIcapture Capture Services crash and log indicates issue with Capture.Core

Problem:

When upgrading from any version of PSIcapture, sometimes the uninstaller will not remove all registry entries cleanly. 

Make sure when uninstalling to reboot before installing a new version.

When this error occurred, the logs indicated that there was an issue with Capture.Core, found version x.x.x.x expected x.y.y.y or higher.

Solution:

You must run the PSIcapture installer as an Administrator. 

Right-click installer and click 'Run as Administrator'. 

You may also need to check the Service Manager and make sure if it is a Network Station, and that it is pointed to the proper Capture Server/License server.
