Problem:

Cannot start Capture Services and this error is logged:

Solution:

The ServiceDatabases.xml is misformatted and needs the proper data added to it.

Copy and paste the information below into the users ServiceDatabase.xml (C:\ProgramData\PSIGEN\Capture.Services\ServiceDatabases.xml)
