Problem:
Running a report to obtain the number of items that are processed and are rejected in the Batch Manager queue.
Report Indicates “FALSE” values for the “Exception Batch” column and do not receive a single “TRUE” value for the “Exception Batch” column.
Solution:
Verify that all exception batches are complete and close them if any are open.
When exceptions batches are not closed, specifying a completion date will prevent them from displaying in the report.
Once confirmed that all exception batches have been completed, re-run the report and Capture will display the exceptions report as intended.
