PSIcapture Avast Antivirus

Problem:

I've installed Avast and now PSIcapture will not work.

Solution:

Avast has most likely flagged the Capture.exe as a threat while scanning and has now quarantined the file. This caused the application to not work properly and corrupted the Capture.exe file. The software will need to run repair within the Programs and Features area of Windows. Once that is complete an exclusion for all PSIcapture related executives will need to be introduced into the Avast Exclusion area. Capture.Services.exe, AutoImportProcess.exe, Capture.exe, and any others that are added over time should be included in the exclusions area of Avast.
