PSIcapture Migration: XML: Migrate XML Output file per document instead of per record

Problem:  

Need to output one file per document, however in XML it sends out per record in XML Migration

Solution:

1.  Set Output file type to:  One Output File Per Document.
2.  Set XML Output Format to: Standard Format 3.
