Problem:
Unable to load DLL 'OraOps12.dll':The specified procedure could not be found.

Solution:

Most likely the user did not install the correct ODAC client. As of todays date our application is still utilizing 32 bit connectivity to complete transactions with Oracle. We must ensure that the 32 bit ODAC client is installed on any user machine that is trying to use Oracle for Database Lookup.

Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) for Windows Downloads Ensure that you download the 32-bit ODAC utility matching their Oracle Servers current release. To check release version type sqlplus.exe on the Oracle Server using CMD to see the version of Oracle installed. This should work ensure that the user installs the ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and OLE DB components.

Application needs to be restarted after installation of ODAC 32-bit. Machine should not require a reboot of any kind for this to work.
