PSIcapture Documentation: Configuration: Update Batches: Information

It is not recommended to update existing Document, Folder, or Batch Fields using the Configuration Modules Update Batch feature.

You can update batches to add new Folder or Document Level fields, but updating existing Folder or Document level fields could cause issues with functionality.

Also, Batch Level fields are not supported with the Update Batch functionality as these fields are pre-populated before the batch is created.
