PSIsafe Troubleshooting On-Premises: General Slowness issue

Problem:

PSIsafe user is reporting slow operation across all stations and is not happy with the general performance of PSIsafe.

Solution:

Open Management and go into the System>Settings area. Select the Database Management tab under the Tools tab. Select the option Set All Indexes. This will reset the invalid indexes within the Database and should help with overall performance.
