PSIcapture: Migration: M-Files: Does the client need to be installed: COM Class Factory

The client tries to migration to M-files or configure M-Files in the product and they get this error.

Error connecting to M-Files: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {A4983314-D6D1-4EDA-9C5C-CB7CF221DABC} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered.

The client needs to ensure the M-Files client is installed in order to configure M-Files on the machine with PSIcapture.
