PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Scanning in Color results in error saving file / uploading file

Scanning a color document may result in an error that the file cannot be uploaded or saved.

Lower DPI on scanner settings.  Maximum file size is controlled by IIS settings, and scanning in color at 300 DPI may be too large.  Try scanning at 150 DPI to see if this allows the document to be saved.
