PSIsafe: Issue 09.04: If document list is incporated in a custom application, how to enable darg and drop

Problem: 
If document list is incorporated in a custom application, how would you enable drag and drop feature that is present in Safe.
Solution: 
It requires the following files to be in the application directory:
1.  Redemption.dll
2.  Interop.Redemption.dll
