PSIsafe: Issue 12.07: Opening a PDF document produces error Attempted to read or write protected memory

Problem: 
Opening a PDF document produces the following error:  "Attempted to read or write protected memory.  This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt"
 
Solution: 
The Document in question is corrupt.
