PSIsafe: Issue 12.09: Opening a PDF document produces error Invalid File Format

Opening a PDF document produces the following error:  "Invalid File Format"

Solution: 

Document was filed using the wrong document manager.  In this case it was filed as a PDF.  This happens when the extension of the document filed is not currently setup in SAFE.  Requires the document to be exported, opened using Notepad.  Determine the actual document type and add it to the Managers and or extension and update the document manager.
