PSIsafe: CNG-Server service will not start

Safe client is unable to connect to an On-Premise Safe server.  The DB's are not listed.  Upon checking the Safe Server, the CNG-Server service is not running, and cannot be started.

Check Windows Event Viewer for any errors noted during attempted service start.  It may reference DLL files that cannot be loaded.  Then, check these DLL files in the Program Files (x86)\CNG\CNG-Server location.  If they are 0 bytes, they are corrupted.  You can recover these files from the CNG-Safe directory inside Program Files (x86).  Once all invalidated files are recovered, re-start the service.
