Problem:
In CNG books, error message reads CNG Books "We are having trouble determining which version of QuickBooks you are using" and/or CNG Books "Getting Bills (ComED8029) This feature is not supported in the specific version of qbXML"
Solution:
- Open QuickBooks as login Admin and set to single user mode.
- Select Edit\Preferences\Integrated Applications\ Company Info and removed CNG-Books first.
- Open Cabinet Books and forced initialization of company profile in Quick Books to reset addition of profile then in Cabinet Books\Company Setup\Maintenance Cleared both extension\temporary tables for any line entry that may have caused link issue.
- Once done, tested to verify scanning into books, saving line entry into Quick Books and saved into Cabinet as should.
