PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Adobe PDF prompting to save in different location

Issue:

A PSIsafe user is unable to file PDfs from Adobe to PSIsafe. Prompts to "save as" document outside of PSIsafe.

Solution:

• Open Adobe Reader
• Select Edit
• Select Preferences
• Select Security (Enhanced)
• Un-check Enable Protected Mode at Start up
• Un-check Enhanced Security
