Problem:
Error logging in after update for end users. Double clicking on the SAFE icon starts a reconfiguration process and errors out.
Solution:
The current icon they are clicking is configured to check for files changed and will try to reinstall the old files and then it fails.
Steps to follow:
- Delete the icon.
- Make a copy of the CNG.SAFE.Client.exe from the application directory.
- Paste the shortcut to the desktop.
- Rename to SAFE.
- Test it.
