PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 01.01: Unable to login after update is applied

Problem: 

Error logging in after update for end users. Double clicking on the SAFE icon starts a reconfiguration process and errors out.

Solution:

The current icon they are clicking is configured to check for files changed and will try to reinstall the old files and then it fails.


Steps to follow:

  1. Delete the icon.
  2. Make a copy of the CNG.SAFE.Client.exe from the application directory.
  3. Paste the shortcut to the desktop.
  4. Rename to SAFE.
  5. Test it.
