PSIsafe Troubleshooting: Issue 01.08: File as PDF or Change Image Format to PDF throws error 0x800736B1

Problem: 

If the customer has OCR License, File as PDF or Change Image Format to PDF or file as PDF from Batch throws the following error:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)

Solution:

Close SAFE and reinstall the redistributable vc2008redist_x86.exe.
