Problem: If the customer has OCR License, Scans as PDF or Image convert, throws the following error:
Could not load file or assembly ‘ Aquaforest.OCR.API, Version……..The system cannot find the file specified….
Solution:
1. Close SAFE
2. Go to Application directory(Generally: C:\program Files (x86)\CNG\CNG-SAFE\)
3. Delete “Aquaforest” folder (Important as this makes the update reset the Aquaforest dlls)
4. Force an Update
