PSIsafe Upgrade Troubleshooting: Issue 01.15: Running CNGServerUpdate.exe errors with Cannot open CNGServer service

Problem: 

Running the “CNG.CNGTools.CNGServerUpdate.exe” get the following error message: Cannot open CNGServer service on .

Solution:

Run the “CNG.CNGTools.CNGServerUpdate.exe” on the machine that has the Cabinet Server installed. Running from a local machine and pointing to a mapped drive to Cabinet server will throw an error.
